About Ron
Ron Berry serves as Director of Sales at CCi Voice, where he leads sales strategy with a singular focus on helping clients solve real problems and succeed long term.
With more than 30 years of experience working directly with clients, Ron is known for his ability to listen first, ask thoughtful questions, and leverage the right resources to deliver meaningful solutions. Clients and colleagues alike trust him not because he claims to have all the answers, but because he is relentless about finding them. Whether that means building the solution himself or connecting people with the right experts, Ron is committed to doing what is best for the client.
Ron is especially proud of his time at Spire, a data and analytics company serving the CPG and grocery industries. Joining the company in 2008 alongside its three founders, Ron helped build the retail division from the ground up. Under his leadership, the team added high value retail clients, collected data from more than 30 million U.S. grocery shopping households, and built the strong retailer relationships that ultimately led to Spire’s successful acquisition by Datalogix in 2014. Just as important as the business outcome was the culture they created, guided by a simple motto: “We help our retailers win.” That client first mindset mirrors the core values Ron brings to CCi Voice today.
When working with clients, Ron’s philosophy is straightforward and unwavering. Understand their needs, help them win, and always put their success first.
Outside of work, Ron enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons, as well as their black labs. He loves staying active whether on the tennis court, the golf course, or out for a walk, and is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to hockey.
