With over 45 years in the telecom industry, Rick has seen technology evolve from rotary phones to today’s sophisticated IP telephony systems. As Purchasing Manager at IP Genie, he ensures the seamless procurement of equipment for new installations and ongoing customer support. In addition to purchasing, he manages warehousing, vehicle maintenance, and facilities upkeep to maintain efficient operations.
Rick enjoys the ever-changing nature of the industry and the continuous advancements in technology that keep his work engaging. Outside of work, he is passionate about gardening, landscaping, woodworking, and cycling.
