About Rebecca
Rebecca graduated from Sacred Heart University in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in business analytics. Shortly after graduation, Rebecca began working with CCi Voice while pursuing her master’s degree in accounting at Sacred Heart. She plans to sit for the CPA exam after completing her masters.
At CCi Voice, Rebecca is all things billing. She manages all customer accounts when it comes to invoicing and payments. She works closely with our service, support and sales teams to ensure seamless transition from performing the work and service to invoicing and receiving payments. Rebecca is here to help when you have questions about your bill(s).
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and mini golden doodle, reading fiction books, watching football, listening to music, and baking.
