About Kevin

Kevin has been with CCi Voice since 1986. He began his career as an installer and transitioned to a service technician. He rose to the title of service manager before becoming our first remote technical support engineer. Kevin has over 50 technical certifications and also frequently answers technical questions for sales personnel, installers, and the service team. Kevin also assists customers with general questions and system programming.

He lives in Boonville, Missouri, and has enjoyed the work from home opportunity the company provides long before Covid-19 made it popular! In his free time, he restores classic cars.
