From Humble Beginnings to a Statewide Leader
The story of CCi Voice is one of steady growth and deep local roots. The company began decades ago in a small condominium in Norwalk, where founder, Michael LeBlanc, launched the business with a vision to make reliable, personal communication solutions accessible to every organization.
As the company grew, operations moved to the space above LeBlanc’s garage in Redding, CT, where a handful of dedicated employees helped shape what would become one of Connecticut’s most trusted telecommunications providers. Today, that same entrepreneurial spirit lives on in a 35-person team, including six employees with more than 40 years of industry experience, who continue to serve schools, municipalities, libraries, and businesses across Connecticut, New York, and the broader Northeast.
“We began with a simple belief," said Michael LeBlanc, CEO of CCi Voice, "that technology should bring people closer together, not create barriers. Our move to Bethel is more than just a change of address; it’s a symbol of the incredible team, partners, and clients who have helped us build something lasting right here in our community.”
